The UBC PT Excellence in Clinical Education & Learning (EXCEL) E-learning Modules The modules cover areas such as developing learning objectives, providing feedback and adult learning styles. The webpage also contains the text version of each module to print out and make notes on.
- This resource is helpful for those who are new to their role as Clinical Educators as well as those who just want a quick refresher on a specific topic.
- These modules are designed as short (usually 5-15 minutes) e-learning opportunities. We realize that time is a valuable resource, and many of our future Clinical Educators cannot make it to one of our Clinical Educator workshops. We also recognize that we live in a big province, and we cannot offer our workshops in as many communities as we’d like. The EXCEL modules are meant to offer direct, anytime access to all the information found in our workshop, and they should answer most questions you might have about taking a student.
