The U of M Student Feedback on IPE Experience Tool can be used for clinical educators that wish to receive feedback by the students with regards to their interprofessional experience during their clinical placement.
It asks a series of questions to the student with regards to the different activities that they participated in, the types of other disciplines that they worked with, and any comments with regards to their experience.
