Western Interprofessional Placement Evaluation

Format(s): Assessment/Evaluation Tool

The Western Interprofessional Placement Evaluation is a useful evaluation form for clinical educators that wish to receive feedback on the students’ interprofessional experience on placement.

It consists of a series of questions regarding student beliefs, learnings, and understandings of the different components of interprofessionalism, which the student can rate out of a 5 point scale. It also collects feedback on what the student most enjoyed during their interprofessional education and what they think could be improved upon.
