The Western Interprofessional Student Team Learning Plan is a useful tool for interprofessional student groups that wish to create a learning plan and activity for themselves for self-directed learning and practicing of interprofessional competencies.
The tool provides a chart that allows the team to discuss team learning objectives, activities and strategies, evidence, time line, and verification of met objectives/outcomes for each of the CIHC interprofessional competencies.
