The Western Worksheet #5 on ‘Working Through Client Cases Together’ is a useful tool for a group of students (team) that wish to reflect upon their teamwork after working through a client case together.
The tool consists of a rubric (that is to be self-scored on a 5-point-scale) and some reflection questions that the team can go over together to reflect and self-assess their overall teamwork after engaging in interprofessional case management.
